In one of your ranker videos you said your ideal pair was the big Joe and the Joe jr. If I’m just cooking for myself and my wife will the Joe jr be enough to get my feet wet as I save up for a larger grill?

Are there recipes for half racks of ribs or half briskets that would fit on the Joe or do you have to handle smaller cuts differently?
