I am having trouble getting my paddle out of my pan. I socked it with warm and cold water. It didn’t work. I just have to leave it in the pan.

Why did you use the 2 lb loaf when 3 cups of flour is a 1 1/2 loaf according to the books.
Please explain. Does it make a lighter loaf ets. Hoping for a reply. Thank you.

I had the same experience. I just purchased my KBS a month ago. I noticed the pan was starting to chip already. They apologized and sent me a replacement pan and paddle. So far I'm very pleased.
