I made it today and came out delicious with a different aroma of my little experience in Gujarati cuisine . I’m from Central America but reside in 🇺🇸 long ago and my daughter married a Indian family and bc of that I’ve been exposed to these flavors. Very good recipe 🙏🏻

Best thing you have not added tomato paste or tomatoes. That spoils taste of traditional Kerala chicken cury. This is the original village grandma's chicken Curry ❤
