Looks yummy, what about the water from the meat? Wouldn't it mess with the flavor of the butter and garlic?

Tonight I made bacon, broccoli and cauliflower and mozzarella cheese. So GOOOOOOD! put the veggies in the microwave for a quick steam. Fried the bacon pieces. When brown added the veggies, pepper, mozzarella and pigged out!!
