I will try it with the yellow kiwi, kiwi gold. One question though: what is the added value of cooking the pureed kiwi? Will it change the taste of the kiwi in a positive way? Or is there another reason? I'm not sure. Can I just use the uncooked pureed kiwi (with sugar) and mix it with the cream cheese mixture? Or will the cream cheese mixture become too watery that way?
