Amazing. My 88 soon to be 89 year old mother in law is from Germany. She was the best cook with everything that she made. She still has calluses on her hands from boiling potatoes then pealing them while still hot. I always make her ribs and sauerkraut for Nee Years. About 6 months ago I asked her if she would like ANYTHING in particular to eat. The one thing she asked for was rouladen and Snowballs. I have made the rouladen with mashed and boiled potatoes for her before. My wife told me of these Snowballs she used to make. No recipes anywhere to be found around the house. After showing my wife your video, she started to cry and said that was it. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR THIS, can’t make it tonight, but you can bet that I am making them tomorrow. Not going to tell her about it, just hand the plate to her and see THE HUGE SMILE on her face. THANK YOU AGAIN, and always take care
