Ich püriere jedoch nicht komplett alles, sondern hacke ca. die hälfte zu kleinen "würfeln". Damit ist die Konsistenz für mich noch besser und man hat mehr "Fisch'". Das ganze geht auch wunderbar auf einer Plancha oder in der Pfanne wie Frikadellen angebraten. Finde es immer super das du auch Alternativen zu Fleisch zeigst 🙂
