I was making my first pizzas tonight and I was really struggling with this, only had one of three come out roundish, and had a hole in the third one 😅 the pizzas ended up fine though. I wasn’t very happy with the taste of the dough, and it really proofed up much more than I had anticipated, so I’ll try a different recipe next time.
