I made this recipe from drumsticks and thigh, I would say that the chicken came out just meh as far as flavor goes, but the highlight was the veggies.

Don't rush it. It doesn't take long, but still, take your time with each step. I suggest preparing the chicken first, then make your flavored oil and then deal with the cauliflower last. When I do it again, I will use even more Sage. But man was it good!
