That’s when the real spread of false information began, driven by hatred and deep-seated inferiority toward Korea. Suddenly, they started claiming that kimchi and hanbok are part of Chinese culture simply because ethnic Koreans (Joseonjok) living in the Yanbian region are considered a Chinese minority.

By that logic, all the Chinese food created by Chinese immigrants in Korea’s Incheon Chinatown should be considered Korean culture. And all the culture brought by Chinese people living in the U.S. must be American culture.

It’s such a simple concept, but these ignorant people can’t even grasp it. Or rather, they choose not to. Why? As I said earlier, they’re compelled to act this way under the strict control of the Chinese Communist Party.
