First impressions aren’t good... I did the burn off and everything works great there.

Went to use the meat probe afterwards and got the “noPr” error on a new bbq. Tried unplugging the probe and plugging it back it, tightened the collar on its connection, unplugged the entire bbq. Nothing. Doesn’t look damaged either.

Im disappointed given my $10 damn near decade old AA battery probe works fine, but a $900.xx bbq’s proprietary probe is bunk.

The dealer is giving me their floor model’s probe tomorrow to try out, if that doesn’t work it’s going back, which sucks because these aren’t exactly light.

I bought one. Will not hold temperature. No help from the company. Very disappointed. A lot of money down the drain.

We bought one had little over a year where cooking on it and it caught fire now we cant use it without spending more money

,i buy it in Belgium and the importer gives no service , several calls but no one helps me also much oxidation anywhere on the surface and the interior. Im not satisfied.

This company has the worst customer service I have dealt with. I’m a college student and spent a lot of money on this grill to be able to have this grill for many years. I thought it was a quality grill until it caught fire in the auger and the fan did not work, causing the grill to burn up. I have received no help. I have warranty issues besides the fire that I have not been helped with. The seal on the bottom right of the grill is not properly sealed, causing grease to drip on the bottom rack. Also the grill can’t fully screw to the legs, causing me to set 4 screws aside. If you buy this grill I hope it’s great but if there is a warranty issue they will try to dodge it in any way.

Brand new to pellet grilling. Just purchased a Louisiana Grills SL700. I keep seeing concerns about pellet grills not producing smoke like other "smokers" do. Has anyone tried soaking a third or fourth of your pellets in water, like we do with our wood chips in a smoker, and then mixing them into the hopper? Getting that smoke flavor is so important.

Bought an LG 900 new in Nov. 2021 got to use it once, the second time it had an electrical meltdown, returned it for a full refund and bought a Traeger. The Louisiana appeared to be well built but follow up service did not meet my expectation.

What about it being hotter on the left side where the pellets fall, instead of the burner being in the middle to more evenly distribute the heat
