The patties are great, and you’re right about it being the best tasting fish in the river! When we commercial fished we caught a lot of buffalo and carp and Drum and catfish, but the best was the buffalo!🐃

Do the nets have a sock like peice in it so the fish swim thru it but cant come back out or is it an open hoop net?

Привіт хлопці та дівчата. У нас дома теж люблять робити рибні котлети. Дуже рекомендую добавляти до фаршу плавлений сирок десь 100грам на 1кг фаршу, та м'ясо птиці (курка, індичка). Сир та птиця забирають запах риби.
