Hi Paula😍
Next time you make this chicken soup, cook your pasta first, and use only about 2/3 of the box , it’s plenty.
I used a rotisserie chicken.
Didn’t have the stock, I bought a good quality chicken stock , low sodium.
And the cheese, I used about 2/3 of it.
Turned out so good.
Have to watch salt intake.
Never knew about that cheese, has a lot of salt!
You tell Mr Jim thank you for his mama’s recipe!
Made a few changes , after I saw Paula make it, I made some minor changes ., don’t we all 😄
But one thing for sure , cooking pasta first works better , then the pasta doesn’t
Make it thicker.
Love your show Miss Paula, and enjoy your recipes and books! I watched you on food network , and got hooked on your books!
I was so happy when I found out you were on youtube!
I still think it was terrible what they did to you, haven’t watched that network since!!
Anyway, thank you for your show and so glad I can come into your kitchen again!
