I used dark rye flower with my sour dough. This stuff is akin to roof tar. Everything it gets on, paddles, bowls, counter, sink bottom, hands. I probably used 20 gallons of hot water, a plastic scraper, finger nails and dish scrubber to scrub and scratch and scrape anywhere this stuff touched. My hands are red from the hot water and scraping. Consider yourself warned!
