Those "squeezable" condiments are such a waste, but then you work for ATK with deep pockets so waste doesn't matter..

For a more healthful Caesar dressing mix 1.5 T fresh lemon juice; 1 T Ume Plum vinegar; 1-2 minced garlic cloves, 1 t. Dijon mustard with 1/2 to one whole ripe Hass avocado mashed. You won't miss the dairy, eggs or anchovies..
