I also like to do a seasoned whipped ricotta I use the food processor to whip the ricotta, I season the ricotta with parm, herb salt(blend in a food processor, coarse kosher salt, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, fresh sage, lemon zest), pepper, fold in fresh parsley

Also some kielbasa sausage and pepperoni would really take it over the top
