How do you finish chicken in 6 minutes/side without burning the butter? If I cooked at a temp low enough to not burn the butter the chicken would not be done in 12 minutes, if I tried to cook it in 12 minutes the butter would be liquid charcoal.
I can do this with olive oil but definitely not butter.
