People are so scared of carbs they think of carbs as just the sugary/doughy stuff, but the truth is – we need carbs and fiber.

Stop spreading carb hate when you dont even know what a "carbohydrate" is.

Also logically no meat and no carbs would mean it is all fats. Which it isn't.

If you just did the plnt noodles with fake meat and the egg i could give it a pass as a meat free version with healthy noodles but all the extra stuff killed it. Just call it what it is not carbonara.
