I like that these don't use too much sugar. I realize that they're also coated in sugar, but most American recipes call for an obscene amount of sugar and I wind up cutting it down a lot.

Every family has there own version of these type of cookie. My tias called these "Pan De Polvo" the recipe is not the same as this.
