I tried this recipe using potato and full cycle in the bread machine – 1lb loaf size,basic soft bread and light crust.
Bread was so soft and fluffy.

A lot of kneading for a no knead bread. I suppose that it was more for artistic purposes. What I’ve learned if to used mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes in bread. Gotcha! Thank you!
