My daughter is coming over on Wednesday for her birthday and I’m making her French dip sandwiches because that’s what she always asks for. She likes the store-bought hoagie rolls but I think I’m going to make your recipe and just put the beef and the onions and cheese on that and dip in beef broth instead. (For me, I got her the rolls that she likes) Thanks for the recipe😀 Thanks also for the tip about putting the vital wheat gluten and the Dough enhancer in the freezer.😀
