I just made a cut down variation of this (I had no curry powder, parsley, or chilli flakes, but subbed the flakes for actual chili peppers), and I must say it was bloody lovely. I added parmigiano reggiano to the sauce as well. I probably made mine a bit thicker as well, but served with tenderstem broccoli, it was delicious!

Made this for Christmas lunch 2022, substituted 2 cups Gravlox for the cream, delicious!
