Just tried this recipe and it was surprisingly delicious! The only difference I made was adding shrimp during the halfway point. It made great leftovers for late night snacking and satisfied my pad Thai craving at a very reasonable price!

First of all phad thai don't have coconut milk.. first ingredient wrong! Haiyaa! My ancestors are crying! 😭
