Is eggplant an essential ingredient? I'm willing to try anything twice. But, I'm not very big on eggplant, my tastebuds register it as being too bitter for some reason.

Hmm. I love your recipes and your talent. However this time I wouldn't call it a moussaka as it doesn't have pasta in it. But I do think it's a low calorie way to add eggplant to a dish. I love eggplant.

I went shopping yo make it. I came home forgot rice ffs. Lol we dont have wine either so ill buy rice and make it tomorow ill probbaly wont use chickpea either lol
