Sounds pretty good except that dill pickles rule! And I would have to swap out the onions for maybe chives because my stomach doesn't like onions as much as my taste buds do.

this is like my mothering laws potato salad. the best I've ever had. absolutely awesome. she has been deceased longer that this recipe has been posted. it is family shared for years and 4 generations. Everyone should experience these!!!!

You ruined it with the pickles. pickles don’t belong in potato salad. potato salad is a summer food. stick with fresh ingredients.

No, don't add vinegar straight to potatoes like that unless you like the flavor. I would add vinegar to a mayonnaise and mustard mixture.

Im set in my ways. I use Yukon golds, onion, dill pickles, bread and butters, sliced black olives, lots of diced boiled eggs, pickles juice, salt and pepper, lite yellow mustard and ALWAYS Best Foods Mayo!❤😊❤
