Full fat is better. Unless you're considering seed oils (such as canola) that's another myth, the worst thing for your health. Use olive oil, avocado oil or butter and bacon fat. Don't agree with me? It's your life. BTW, making your own is incredibly easy, especially if you have an insta-pot.
