I made beer battered Taliapia fish tacos last night and saved a few filets to try something different. I was so happy when I found your channel. I literally am cooking up my second batch right now. My husband was outside gardening and came to the window and said "Man, whatever you're cooking, it smells really good." These taste amazing! Thank you for a delicious and simple recipe.
