"Köhler Art", d.h. mit der Pfeffermühle ordentlich Ruß auf das Gericht streuen, sonst ist es nur Spaghetti mit Ei&Speck 😉 …eine durchgepresste Konoblauzehe pro Portion schadet nicht. Ich mag salzigen Bauchspeck in dünnen Streifen, nur glasig gebraten, nicht cross oder gar braun, lieber in der Carbonara. Trotzdem: geiles Video 🙂
