Thank you for this delicious recipe. I made this for dinner using bowtie pasta and it was yummy. I didn't really need to strain much because I used my Blendtech blender. Also, the Pasta Queen advised to be careful with the amount of salt you use because you will be adding the cheese which is salty. After I added the cheese, I found I made it a little too salty because I didn't listen to her advice about being careful with salt amount. Loved this dish and will be making it again.
