Quick preparation of Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
Pasta
Pasta – 2 cups
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Finely chopped ginger – 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped garlic – 1 teaspoon
Green chilli
Finely chopped onion – 2
Finely chopped tomato – 2
Salt
Small carrot – 1
Chopped capsicum – ½
Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
Tomato sauce – 2 teaspoon
Red chilli sauce – 2 teaspoon
Pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Coriander leaves.

Excellent recipe. One idea which works for me because I like crunchy and chewy more than just taste. If you take the sauce out of the pan, put some oil in it and sauteed the pasta, it will turn crispy and then put the sauce in and mix it. But you're dealing with elbow pasta, it works better with rotini, fusili or even a wide egg noodle (ones without the tube shape).
