I just picked up a bunch( 10-12). Plan to use hot/cold method for easy peeling. then slice and remove the pit. lay out on cookie sheet and freeze about 1 hour. but I might keep two on the side for a smoothy.

You don't have to add ice. Freeze the fruit before.

I don’t like peaches 🍑 an will substitute nectarines. Also will freeze them and the bananas to avoid using ice.
