I have an LSG pellet smoker and he is right about their support before AND after. I got a reply from Chris on a long weekend when my FireBoard had an issue and I was back and running.

I’ve tried to get one of these amazing pallet smokers in the UK seems to be quite hard to get one sent over. Would love to have one believe they are one of the best you can buy how can I buy one somebody help
