Everything was great. No plantains though. I was worried there wasn't going to be enough liquid to cook the Rice. I followed the instructions and everything turned out. I'll add this into rotation for sure. I couldn't find the chilis from the recipe. I used some jalapenos and some other tiny hot ones I got in a bag at the grocery store.
