every time you open the oven it lets out all your cooking heat out not a good idea to be doing that it makes cooking take 3x as long.

Genius! I boil frozen meat to tenderize them faster…then proceed to cooking whatever dish I want later.

Even though I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt for everything else, you were clearly digging into the salt, using the pepper grinder, and pouring your avocado oil, with raw-pork-fingers. Poor hygiene is very distracting.
