There is like nothing cajun about this BBQ. Looks like every other BBQ place in Texas. Also, just cause saffron is in it doesn't mean anything.

Not seeing the “Cajun” here. Cajuns are an actual people and culture, not just a description for a seasoning blend. Hollow and disrespectful.

The whole idea of Persian Texas BBQ blows my mind b/c it makes so much sense given the history of Persian cuisine. What a great video, and what a great addition to the American cuisine.
