Dachte an Toastbrot, etwas flach gedrückt. Aber die plain Pfannkuchen, die nach nix schmecken, sind eigentlich ideal. Würd ich ja glatt ausprobieren, wenn ich nicht grad Kalorien am zählen wäre. 🤣
Ach egal, ich ess einfach mal auf Arbeit gar nix, dann gehen die 2000+ Kalorien abends schon rein 😁
