In Jammu and Kashmir, We do eat pork.. But we add Tamarind water instead of Vinegar. Use wild Boar it has unique flavour.

Cooked pork ribs, for the very first time. This recipe had perfectly balanced Indian spice and flavours. I added some brown sugar to add sweetness, that I love with pork. Felt like a gourmet chef. Kids loved it too. Thank you for this.
