Great recipe. You should put a link to where people can buy one of those ginger graters. I found one and it is much better than the ones you can get in the US.

It's been awhile since we've heard from ya champ so I hope you're doing well. This is one of my favorite easy to make meals and really the one that got me into cooking. Prior to this I really couldn't cook anything outside of eggs and frozen food. Now I'll try making anything but I'm particularly fond of japanese/any Asian food
