Using this recipe but with homemade sauerkraut given to me in a jar. The jar doesn’t have any sauerkraut juice in it so I suppose I will add 1 cup of water. Not sure if I should do less or more than that.
Any suggestive help would be appreciated.

Pork roast, kraut, caraway seed and a 12 oz beer. Cook low and slow in the oven. 😋

Hello Anne!! I make sauerkraut the same way!! This year I tried Apple Castle's cabbage (they make it there), omg so good! You need to have MaryLynn send you some!!
