Looks amazing. I have done similar in the past. Achiote is such an awesome ingredient. Personally I woulda used corn tortillas but nothing wrong with flour!

Irritating when you start with a recipe and end with an ad. I can add the same 6 or 7 seasonings every time without buying your stupid proprietary blend of the same shit the rest of us are using.
