I hadn’t tried any of your rubs, but Killer Hogs was out of stock, and I recognized your faces on the Pork Privilege bottle.
Just did a 12 pound shoulder with it, 15 hours in the smoker, butcher paper wrapped at 170.
The rub is outstanding, it made this shoulder “the best pulled pork you’ve ever made” according to my wife. It’s got familiar BBQ pork flavours, and then almost like an Italian pork roast spice profile worked in perfectly.
