We brew our green tea in our coffee pot. We make a gallon at a time. We use Uncle Lees Tea from Walmart. Its organic and doesn’t cause stomach upset. If that helps anyone.
It’s clear you care about people. You’re not trying to just “sell” us. You want us to care too. You are the only one I subbed. 💕
Im unable to put any weight on my wrist. Trying to figure out how to do the exercises. You’re right about the treadmill. Every morning for half an hour and I hadn’t lost a pound. Cut calories too!

In case you do respond to the comments. I'm all about trying certain things like this. Have changed my daily health plan to drop some weight, keep it off, and mostly plant based with a touch of fish. I am on a blood thinner for life, which interacts with Green Tea, in that Green tea already has a large amount of Vitamin K. Is there any substitute for green tea?

Im trying to navigate your metaboosting programme having listened through over an hour of promotional videos and I am appalled at the minefield of upselling fronted and delivered by you at the point between giving payment details and confirming order. There is also a potential $49 a month committment a person has to navigate and then another hideously long upselling video that I can't seem to stop or skip BEFORE the confirmation of order page. I am a skeptic and I thought maybe you would be different BUT this horrible experience of trying to confirm my order makes me realise you are just another conman and dislike you intensely as you must be aware of the negative effect of this selling technique on a customer. I am afraid this has put me off completely .
