After I creamed most of the cottage cheese, then adjusted the temperature it did better. It looks good, so I’ll keep trying. Also, added 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes and 1 tbsp Italian seasoning. The taste was great. If I can get the texture right, I’ll be pleased.
