I actually tried the McD's smoothie and didn't like it. I'm a smoothie junkie and I have had better, so I wasn't impress. We have a smoothie place here in certain parts of Florida (Tropical Smoothie) I'm not sure how popular it is any where else. But any ways….they have this smoothie to die for it has strawberries, banana, cranberry & coconut and it is so good. This is also an expensive addiction. It cost about $4 .Can you create a recipe like this one?

I was jacking them from paper that were left behind in waiting rooms and patient room. I knew I had a problem but I had 6 of those free coupons. Cold turkey is working for me, and I only have one if I have a really horrible, terrible, no good kind of day or a accomplished a major task.
