I went the 1st week they were crowned #1 and the brisket tasted like it was in the warmer for way too long for me the pork ribs were the star. Would love to go back and give it another try

I’d be interested to see you cook 3 briskets at the same time one foil boated, one foil wrapped and one butcher paper wrapped and you explain the difference in the processes and the difference in them when finished
