Hey man, great video. A quick note on your spices and sauces. Specifically the one's you get at the shops. In some situations it can be quite difficult to get your hands on those spices and sauces. A video recommendation: A fully dedicated video on homemade spice blends and (shop)sauces that you regularly use. This way those who can't get their hands on those spices and sauces can make an alternative and can experience the same flavours that you create. Great showcase and walkthrough. Nice work.
