Is this celsius, or fahrenheit? Then you put the veggies into the oven on the 'upper' rack, but there's no mention as to whether or not it's still at 500°. Seems kind of high if fahrenheit, and low if it's Celsius. Hate these kinds of videos where you try to find the answer in the comments section and see that you've ignored others with the same question.
I roasted for 20 min at 425° C, took out and flipped and roasted for an extra 10 min. I will say that we all really enjoyed it. The dressing was very nice.
