Thank u sa Alavar sauce. Ang tagal ko hinanap yan. We used to eat at the House of Alavar sa West Ave years ago. First time i tasted it. Pero nawala na ang resto sa West ave. Kya hinabol ko yan sa Zamboanga n bought so many sauce noon. Now i will try ur recipe this 2023. Salamat RV.

Thanks for sharing this recipe Chef. Im so glad I can make this now. Im from Zamboanga and this is my favourite food – I so miss seafood with Alavar’s sauce. Also, such a class act of you to acknowledge that Alavar’s is better. ❤❤❤❤❤
