It is bananas, milk, peanut butter, and cocoa powder. I used to do this in the blender, but the consistency is so good in the Ninja Creami.

Measurements might vary. Typically one cup of banana (then mash up after measured out), 2ish tbs of peanut butter but you can measure with you heart, and just kind of eyeball the milk. Freeze and you should be good to go.

Recently I even put cheesecake in it as a mix in and it turned out pretty good! I think next time I'll just hand mix cheesecake in rather than have the creami do it. I personally would prefer to have bigger chunks of cheesecake.
