It could be set up as a sort of mise en place with all different ingredients in bowls on a tray filled with boiling water. If you've got a lot of people, they would like things hot. I love poblanos, but canned beans and frozen corn in the morning, not so much. This doesn't give me my choices. I didn't see any salsa. That would be room temperature and so would the avocados. You're going to need a lot of spoons.

As easy as scramble eggs is, I have not perfect the art of doing it so that it is fluffy and cooked.
